A possible meeting date for the LOGICT Excom is being looked at for Friday 24 July 2009 at 09:00 in George. This meeting will focus on the presentation/information/content that Koos and Emile will have put together and to then agree on a plan of action to best use the limited time available to make the biggest impression at the PAFTECH scheduled for 4 August 2009. This will mean that it will probably be necessary to arrive on Thursday evening so that we can start at 09:00 the next day and then finish at 13:00 to give members time to get home during daylight.

Accomodation and other information will be passed to members as soon as the meeting date is confirmed.

The LOGICT ICT in Government Provincial Conference and AGM held at the Protea King George Hotel in George on 31 July and 1 August 2008 was very successful. This was due in no small measure to the endorsement and encouragement of the then Provincial Minister of Local Government and Housing, Minister Q.R. Dyantyi, and the fact that he attended and delivered the opening address.
